As it is, only poor children get free school lunches as it may be the only nutritious meal that they get in a day. I don't think the children of well-to-do people should get them as they are probably used to rich men's food and would probably throw most of it away.

Pro choice & yes. Plus morning & afternoon childcare at free or subsided rates.
How can you LEGALLY require them to be there but not have the DUTY to feed them? Make it make sense!
