I think it depends on what you mean by turning against him there are people who can disagree with some of the things Trump has done without being against him.

At the same time there are people who just naturally change their opinion with time. But there are also grifters who sort of just go what ways the winds blowing. Not to mention people who are snakes and back stabbers.
