Part of the problem here is that the government has admitted, in a subseqent filing, that they "know very little" about the people they deported. That means that they conceivably could have deported US citizen or green card holders, people who were NOT gang members, and - people who had never been judged guilty of any crimes (this last part applied to most or all of them apparently). None of these people got any due process at all.

Yes, it's all legal and proper when Congress cowers in a corner and abdicates all of their powers created by the "separation of powers" intentionally written into our Constitution and our Supreme Court acts like a whimpering bitch to sign off on every abuse of power by a fascist in the White House.

Look, our government is dead at this point. The Constitution is toilet paper. The House and Senate have been bought. The courts have been corrupted. A criminal fascist has been selected by Oligarchs to destroy the federal government with help from the Heritage Foundation extremists.

Not sure about the last one, but the Presidential Oath is to protect the USA from enemies, foreign and domestic. If a foreign country sent a million soldiers across the Rio Grande and Trump didn't deploy the military to repel them he'd be in breach of his oath. All he's doing is what Kameltoe was supposed to prevent in the first place and sending a massive number of illegal immigrants back where they came from.

That'd be the "foreign" part.

And appointing Musk to eliminate wasteful spending, thereby protecting the financial security of the American people would be the "domestic" part...

No. It is also illegal for an elected official to violate the provisions of the Constitution such as denying due process to people or suppressing free speech.

Think hard about what the terms "arbitrary government action" and "due process" mean". Then go back to high school, if you ever went, and take the CI class over again and this time pass it.

Everyone in government has to follow the law, including the Fifth Amendment. Trump cannot legally order people to break the law. He is not a dictator - yet.
