Yea, because there is not really any such thing as corporate tax. Corporate tax just means the government requires companies to act as tax collectors. All corporate tax comes from the customers. There is nowhere else for it to come from.

Actually there is another reason for corporate tax besides companies acting as tax collectors. It gives the government some control over companies, just like they use taxes to control individuals.

@handsomelad70 I can see any type of specialist I want in less than 24 hours. As someone who has had a number of serious medical issues throughout life, I'm quite happy to not be on the Canadian/UK/Veteran's Affairs model and having to wait until I've been dead 6 months.

I have a HDHP so I can take advantage of tax free growth in an HSA, spend 140/month on premiums (then have 80 returned to my HSA every month) and my annual max out of pocket is $4k, including prescriptions. I'd hardly consider that pricey for what I receive.

Why shouldn't it be? Most early stage companies run losses so they obviously pay no federal taxes, since corporate tax is assessed on profits. But people who work at such firms still get paid. The two points are completely unrelated.
