Being sad is actually not that bad, as long as it doesn't last for a long time.. I've gotten used to this negativity and experiencing these mood swings for a long time now and I do know how to deal with them and what works. Sometimes it can even feel sort of cathartic, being detached and disconnected from the rest of the world and dripping into this void and just letting yourself sink...
On the other hand, being scared usually comes with physical symptoms like body aches or breathlessness, which are more difficult to cope with and stop, so out of the two I'd take sadness any day
scared... fear is a natural reaction to danger... so when you remove the danger, the fear disappears too...
sadness can stick to us for a long time...
my choice is sad... For me to be scared I have to be in a really bad situation and I wouldn't want to be deep in the ocean surrounded by wild sea creatures...
Not much gets me sad and if something does get me sad I use it as motivation so I choose sad...
These are 2 emotions I don’t do.
I am always a happy person and there is really nothing (that I know of ) that scares me.
But if I have to choose then make it scared. I’d like to learn what that feels like

yeah they're not too fun lol
Sad. Because fear leads to horrible, destructive decisions. Sorrow just kinda puts a damper on everything and eventually leads to a feeling of hope.
Fear like you're describing never goes away.
I don't like either one. But sadness is the most I've felt so we'll go with that one, it's easy.
I'd rather try to overcome fear than live with sadness that might lead to depression.
Scared since it gives me an adrenaline rush and I enjoy it :P
Being sad sucks ass..
I'll take the fright. That only lasts for a few minutes. Sadness lasts a lot longer.
Sad 😢 I like to be a man in touch with his emotions 😄
Good question. Sometimes the two are interrelated. Being scared of something for a long time can definitely make you depressed.
I'd rather be sad as it's not usually life threatening and it usually doesn't last.
I will take the fright. It will be more fun to think about in my old age.
Sad. I've been terrified and it's worse. By FAR
Frightened.
Remember you can't be brave unless you are afraid
I'd rather be scare even thought I very rarely am scared
I'll take the fear...
