um, that's a massive fire. the capital building wasn't torched and I don't recall a single torched building during Biden admin.

On January 6th, they broke a few windows and knocked a few things off of Nancy Pelosi's desk. That was about the extent of the damage.

95% of the protesters didn't do anything illegal at all. Of the other 5% almost all of the charges were for trespassing, there were only a handful of people who did anything violent. No one was killed except one of the protesters who was outside of the building and not doing anything illegal. She was a veteran and shot by one of the police from inside the building. Ashley Babbitt was her name and she was the only person killed that day.

A lot of the so-called trespassers also have a case that they didn't even break the law because they were guided in by police. The police remove the barriers and open the doors for them to go into the building. That's not trespassing! Even the relatively small percentage of the protesters that entered the building did nothing else but that and were peaceful and quiet inside the building doing no damage and not harming anyone.

That whole January 6th narrative is a farce and a terrifying example of what totalitarians do with propaganda to take over countries.

Just because there were a handful of bad people in that gigantic crowd of protesters doesn't tell you anything about their cause or what happened that day.

And on top of all of that there is still evidence that there were instigators in the crowd working for the left and possibly members of the FBI or another government agency who incited people to do bad things there. This needs to be further investigated.

January 6th was not acceptable, but it didn't hold a candle to what the Democrats did in 2020 in a coast to coast destruction and violent insurrection that destroyed billions of dollars worth of property and ended in the death and injury of hundreds of people.

The January 6th riot broke a few windows and knocked a few things off of people's desks. No one was murdered except one of the protesters who wasn't even doing anything violent who was murdered by one of the police. No police were killed and no one else was killed by the rioters.

The vast majority of the crimes committed were nothing more than trespassing. And the vast majority of the protesters did nothing illegal at all.

There have been far worse attacks on that same building by the American left including a 1971 bombing of the building. That's right a leftist group planted a bomb in the Capitol building that exploded. And not a single person was ever even arrested for that.
