In National Socialism for example they literally went around doing forced buyouts of Jewish companies for 10 cents on the dollar with threats of execution. They smashed up Jewish businesses when company owners resisted sale. Eventually there were forced executions and hostile take overs by party members. Once the companies were taken over by the Socialists, only Socialists that were party members of the Nazi party would be hired into those companies. You couldn't get a job unless you were a socialist party member.
