Why has the republican party turned into the getting even with and owning the liberals party?

Their entire platform is just to get even for every perceived offence and mythical crime the democrats did and their entire terms in office is just to put any DEMOCRATIC party politician on jail without evidence.

Why? First of all, Republicans have never really been a fan of policy. It is mostly a thing they SAY they want to do to rally their voters but never actually does if they can help it. What the Republicans have always wanted is something that motivates their base that has no end goal or limitations. A perpetual motion machine that they can use to feed their voters emotions higher and higher infinitely with minimal effort.

This is sort of the end product of that. A completely empty platform that their voters has been trained to get more and more riled up for. They are treating their voters as if they are idiots and so far, they have been proven to be correct.

Well, the rich elite wants Americans to be divided, so we just end up fighting each other.

Working-class people look at billionaires like Trump and Musk as if they are their heroes and Savior and do not realize these are what is causing them to suffer.

Try to explain to them that you're, not their enemy; you are called Communists or liberals or whatever.

People are stupid enough to fall for rich people's bullshit. That's why I felt America there's no hope in saving it.

Because using using fear and resentment is a more useful tool to manipulate voters, especially when you have no real solutions to anything.

There is no other reason to vote for tax cuts for the rich so they have resorted to fully dedicating themselves to being entertainers to rage the money out of their voters.

Oh, and they will continue doing this until it stops working for them. They just won the house without lifting a single finger to help with the problems they complained about for the last two years.
