Cherry picked Leftist lawyers and judges are litigating and ruling when they know what they are doing is unconstitutional according to A2 S1 C1 of the Constitution which defines the framework of the executive branch. These rulings are intended not to block but to delay and obstruct the President and will be overturned by SCOTUS.

My belief is that legislation will move toward disbarment of them. In the mean time DJT should refuse every ruling outright, including SCOTUS. Let the courts enforce the rulings they make. In the interests of order, the Executive might negotiate with SCOTUS for a reasonable settlement.

Otherwise, the only other remedy is impeachment and conviction by the Senate. The President should never tie his own hands. This furor would be good for the country. Let the fun begin.

The First Amendment protects speech critical of the president. Trump violates that by preventing Americans from saying what they believe without being punished for it. The Sixth Amendment protects the right of having a lawyer by preventing legal forms from participation in litigation in our courts because of the politics. They do not have to be "neutral actors". These are two of the protections the constitution gives, and there are other points that do the same in the massive list of protections in the Constitution that support those rights. You really should try reading the constitution sometime.
