It is true. Look at what is going on with President Trump's effort to cut waste and fraud in the governement. Nobody wants to hear that if nothing is done to cut the federal budget either income taxes must be raised or more money will have to be printed which will cause more inflation or else the debt just gets bigger and the whole country has to pay for the interest on that debt.
Nobody wants to hear this. They just want their little pet programs like the failed Dept. of Education to continue.

Comfortable lies are labeled "truth" and unpleasant truth is labeled "conspiracy theory" by government and corporate media. And the majority of people fall for it. They think politicians are honest and news sources like the WaPo, NYT, CNN, NBC, NPR, etc. are honest journalism and don't have any idea how much information is withheld or spun to fit an agenda. It's like believing the Wizard of Oz.
