Tariffs on agricultural imports - Trade wars with foreign buyers of US agricultural exports. Undetermined impact to US farmers at this point. But it will be in the billions and it will be long term, as in... those buyers are gone forever.

USDA obliterated...

Farmers were targeted in 2018 with retaliatory tariffs causing farm bankruptcies to jump 20%. If Trump actually goes through with tariffs this will be so much worse because the 2018 trade war was minor compared to 2025.

The farmers who voted for him shouldn’t be shocked when he deported the majority of their works. The food banks unfortunately are tied to that as they receive and surplus from farms and organizations.

We had to spend 14 billion bailing out farmers his first term from his failed tariff war. No one could possibly be surprised. With the interest we keep paying on that 14 billion we borrowed, it's actually much more. Cults are amazing...
