Thats the issue, if you abuse your authority people are going to ignore the authority. Its quite logical that he's ignoring nonsense lawyers that overreach far beyond their jurisdiction. If the judge should have no power over an issue it should be ignored, but thats a slippery slope where it can lead to him ignoring lawyers that have actual standing. I'd assume they may use this for motions of impeachment.

Judges make rulings. They do not arrest. They need the FBI or the US Marshals for that.

@exitseven Excellent point that most people do not understand. Part of the balance if power among the three branches of government. The Hudicial branch has no enforcement power, it can only rule on law. Enforcement requires the support of the Executive Branch.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 is on the way. "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." Full stop. It's only a matter of time before President Trump springs it. I think he has been toying with these district judges. but they are wasting his time and sooner or later he is going to call it.
