Interesting phrasing in the question, but I have to answer "no", honestly. I do think the USA will change, because change is inevitable. There appears to be a connotation of blame and assumption in your question and attached video that the change ("end of the USA as we know it") will be negative.

I think it's difficult to predict the future, but that there is no clear indication that either the left or the right has power to effect any significant change. Whatever happens will probably be influenced by many factors.

As for the comparison with Venezuela, I am not terribly familiar with the subtle dynamics, but watching the video posted, it appears to be making a lot of loose correlative statements without detailing any specific facts, which makes it rather suspect. I think anyone watching this pundit with a discerning eye will be quick to see many of the logical fallacies such as red herring and half-truth claims involved in pushing his narrative.

A quick search gave me this article regarding the "hate law", which appears to be more of a tool to prevent criticism of the government than to prevent hate crimes against minorities:

It's all too easy to present an oversimplified assessment of what is, after all, an incredibly complex situation. Signs of U. S. decline have been around for quite some time now, for decades in fact, and one could convincingly argue that the big event that set the whole train-wreck in motion was the decoupling of the dollar from gold by the Nixon regime way back in 1971, long before most of us were even born. Ever since that time, the U. S. has been living way beyond its means.
Now, admittedly I am neither an economist nor a historian, but I do believe that virtually anyone with an ounce of intelligence will know that whether the Democratic or Republican parties are in control will not make much, or any, difference to anything at all. It's too late to fix the nation, because it's just far too badly damaged, and has been undermined to such an extent that nothing you do now will make any difference. It's just a matter of time before the U. S. implodes the way the USSR did back in 1991. The similarities between the U. S. as it is now, and the USSR during the late 1980's to early 1990's are rather striking (ex. both nations spent billions of dollars/roubles to fight an unwinnable war in Afghanistan, the USSR for eight years, the US for twenty).
The West will collapse within our lifetimes.

"End of the USA as we know it" is pretty subjective. The country has changed a lot in the span of not much more than a decade, and say for example a new constitution would effectively create a new country. That phrase for some reason seems to always be accompanied by doom and gloom imagery of a giant smoldering crater. I do think that regardless of specifics, a serious attempt to write a new constitution will happen in my lifetime. The USA as it currently exists is one of if not the longest-existing governments still standing, so statistically and historically speaking, its time is coming. That said, yes I do think that the current Democratic party is and will continue to play a major role in decimating the USA. They've pretty openly stated all the way back to 2008 that reducing the US's role and influence on the world stage is a goal of theirs, and some including the current president have celebrated the concept far longer than that. Large chunks of both major parties are pretty deep in China's pocket, as well as others who benefit from a weakened US and Europe, and frankly a lot of the squishy Republicans and isolationist or anti-nationalist libertarians aren't exactly doing anything to put a stop to it, either. So I don't want to give the Democrats too much credit even if they are the largest contributor to that through blatantly self-destructive policies thinly disguised behind ravenously expansive government programs that it not only can't afford, but seems to be completely oblivious to the short and long term negative impacts of those policies.

I think both the left and right can very much be instrumental in the end of the USA as we know it. We have division from the top down and at pretty much every level. As the the division continues and gets worse I can see other countries chomping at the bit. Simply because it means that the US being able to present a united front against a large threat is less likely. To me that is pretty much blood in the water. Also if anything 9/11 showed us anything, it showed us that we are not as touchable as people like to think. A lot of in house squabbling has allowed China and other countries to sneak up on the US with powerful trade deals and alliances making them more attractive to work with.
