Why are the people in NC having to vote again and "fix" their votes?

In the race for Supreme Court Justice, Alison Riggs won the race against Jefferson Griffin. She was ahead 740 votes or so, and now the Republicans are trying to block the win from going through. There were 3 recounts, with Riggs still winning. On Friday there was a ruling in a NC court that will give the voter there 15 days to "fix their votes", otherwise their votes will be thrown out. This is ridiculous. As a side note, most of the votes that went to Riggs were from Democratic areas. So now, if the Republicans aren't happy about voting outcomes, they will take control and try to fix the voting their way. What's wrong with that? It's called limited voting rights.

"Now" Republicans are doing this? No, this is what voting in our shithole Southern states has been like for 150 years. Ballot stuffing, voter intimidation, voter obstruction, lynchings. This is totally normal for North Carolina politics. It's just that the roaches are no longer afraid to come out into the light now. And yes, these maggots have absolutely gotten away with stealing elections for generations. That's what "States Rights" was all about. Git yer stinkin Yankee govamint outta our White state.

Definitely. It's too bad that we didn't have a recount when Trump "won". I find it all too suspicious that Elon was involved and that he won ALL seven swing states--when no one has dont that in 40 YEARS. Why didn't they do a recount just for those states, is scary and I'm angered that the Dems didn't doing anything.

It's my understanding that they are alleging that some ballots were allowed that shouldn't have been. They are giving people time to fix the issues such as providing ID and such. At least they are allowing time to fix the issues instead of just throwing the ballots out.

It is also my understanding that there were people who claimed they did everything right, including a woman on Youtube, who showed how she filled out everything, and still she has to vote again. A man claimed that the told him he has to "do something with his registration", which he has already done. My feeling is--they did a recount three times. They need to take the people's word for it. Some Republicans also do not like the mail in votes either--for whatever reason and are not wanting those to be counted either and doing away with that.

This was a ruling by a judge. I'm more inclined to believe the findings of a court over some lady on YouTube. I can go make a YouTube video and say whatever I want. Maybe I have a dim view of people, who knows?

The lady who adore afterwards was being asked the question about her voting, and that’s how she responded. She wasn’t alone on YouTube.
