No one taught them how to use emotions and or they are mentally ill

Parents. Parents or lack of should I say. We get screwed up as kids mostly by parents which the in turn leads to such actions.

Which is why parents should be held more accountable for when their kids kill even if adults. There should be proper invistagtions to figure out if the parents did screw them up to be that way and if so go to prison too.

Honestly it's a thing that annoys me that they don't especially when I read or watch cases, and it becomes very clear it was their parents fault for abusing their kid.

I'm no murderer but what I could say is they are missing wiring in the emotion department and that's factual or they find happiness from it, which is even worse.
