The Judicial System has worked for 250 years. Let's not change it because of some recent activity you don't like. If you don't like a judge's ruling, take it up with the court above them, all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. Maintaining the separation of powers among the branches of government as defined in the Constitution is important.

Yes, unelected , low level judges should not be able to make decisions for things that happen outside their jurisdiction. If they want to do that they need to run for president..

Doesn't matter as it's unconstitutional regardless. There are three EQUAL branches of government. The Courts are one of them.
