1 yThis Supreme Court has committed suicide. I have zero sympathy for them and I don't care what happens to them. They took the bribes from the billionaires behind the Heritage Foundation who bought their seats on the Supreme Court in 40 year plot to overthrow the federal government.
They thought the MAGA mob would be their friends and the dictator they protected would be their benefactor. Life was gonna be great if they just held their nose and committed treason. Well guess what scumbags. Dictators don't have friends and they aren't benefactors. You were useful idiots. For a time. Now you're just in the way. And you never saw this endgame coming for yourselves. Well fuck you!
This was always how it was gonna go. You were useful until power was seized. Now you're just in the way. You sold out your Constitutional duty for a vacation on a billionaire's yacht and a few shiny material baubles. You thought you were so clever. You gave away the only power you ever had and now you're less than useless to the people who own you. And you couldn't see this coming. Go drink some Draino before they come for you.
24 ReplyIn 2000, the Supremes committed treason by halting the Florida vote count which would have given Al Gore the Florida Electoral College Vote and the Presidency over Dummy Bush. F**K THE SCOTUS (the righties on it, anyway) IN THE A**!!!
Especially Uncle Clarence Thomas, OneViewpoint !!!

@beefcakebradybatson ,
Yeah Thomas's treason sits particularly badly with me. But Alito led the way to corruption for the rest of them. He wrote the "How To" manual. And Roberts is a spineless non-leader. Their utter contempt for the Constitution they are charged with upholding has been laid bare in the last 25 years of naked corruption. Supremes, my a**, OneViewpoint !!!

1 yLeftist propaganda and paranoia. There is no Constitutional crisis. Garcia is/was an illegal immigrant, and under the long-standing federal law, the only criteria that needs to be met to deport an illegal immigrant from the United States is that person is an illegal immigrant. Criteria met, and Garcia is back in the country of his citizenship, El Salvador. Everything else is irrelevant smoke and mirrors. End of story.
028 Reply- 1 y
@NYCQuestions1976 Try reading the Fifth Amendment - the part about notice and due process. The government ignored those parts making his deportation illegal. Even the Supreme Court agrees with this.
- 1 y
@msc545 Garcia had been on notice for nearly 10 years, as a prior court determined that he was indeed an illegal immigrant, making him eligible for deportation at any time. As for due process, illegal immigrants aren't entitled to the same full rights and privileges afforded to citizens (both born here and naturalized) of the United States under the Constitution.
- 1 y
Prove it.
Especially prove "As for due process, illegal immigrants aren't entitled to the same full rights and privileges afforded to citizens (both born here and naturalized) of the United States under the Constitution."
Proof involves you citing the law (s) that say this, not just repeating what you said or citing a Youtube video.
Everything you said is egregiously wrong. If it is not, prove it. - 1 y
@msc545 Everything I posted is 100% accurate.
Garcia is an illegal immigrant.
Garcia's country of citizenship is El Salvador.
Garcia had at least two separate courts/court dates that confirmed that he was an illegal immigrant, immediately putting him on notice that he could be deported at any time.
Additionally and after those events, as a "bonus", Garcia's wife/significant other filed a protective order against him for domestic violence, further putting the illegal immigrant on notice that he could be deported at any time.
The bottom line is that Garcia is/was an illegal immigrant, and under the long-standing federal law, the only criteria that needs to be met to deport an illegal immigrant from the United States is that person be an illegal immigrant. Criteria met. Deported. Garcia is back in the country of his citizenship, El Salvador, and apparently shopping at the same store as Forest Gump. Everything else is irrelevant smoke and mirrors. End of story.
Again, everything I posted is 100% accurate, and my source is the ultimate law, the Constitution of the United States. - 1 y
@msc545 I'm even willing to play Devil's Advocate for argument's sake.
Let's pretend that Garcia is entitled to the full rights and privileges of due process. Garcia ignored the results of due process numerous times when the results didn't go his way in those immigration court proceedings (confirming that he was an illegal immigrant, and could be deported at any time).
Your compassion is compelling, but misdirected and pointless. Garcia is where he belongs... in the country of his citizenship, El Salvador. - 1 y
@msc545 No, the fact that everything I posted is actually true and accurate constitutes proof. The only criteria required to deport an illegal immigrant is that person is an illegal immigrant, and Garcia is/was an illegal immigrant. The Constitution of the United States has no jurisdiction over El Salvador and holds no authority over citizens of El Salvador. I'm only being repetitive because you're choosing to be obtuse. Are you seriously denying reality?
- 1 y
@msc545 Again, the fact that it's all actually TRUE is what constitutes proof. What either of us posts here (or anywhere) doesn't change facts and reality. If you and I never had this conversation, it wouldn't change facts and reality. If you never posted this question, or I never responded to this question, it doesn't change facts and reality.
By the way, were you aware that of the millions and millions of illegal immigrants that President Obama deported during his 8 year administration, 75% were deported without the "due process" that you (and the ACLU) are falsely claiming that they're entitled to under the Constitution of the United States?
www.aclu.org/.../speed-over-fairness-deportation-under-obama
Then apparently, Obama issued some executive action just after the 2014 midterm elections (halfway through his second term) meant to counter his policy from the previous 6 years, but then continued with the previous policy anyway, ignoring his own executive action:
www.aclu.org/.../ones-obama-left-behind-and-deported-without-chance-be-heard
Where was the left's outrage on this during the 8 year Obama administration? Oh yeah, that's right! There wasn't any outrage! How surprising:

Education doesn't automatically generate intelligence, and socialism indoctrination isn't actual education. Regardless, I was in college as long as you, finished at the top of my classes, quite successful at my career, and probably make as much money as you do, if not more. Don't get mad at me and challenge my intelligence just because I'm able to successfully challenge you and your leftist beliefs.
Anyway, we're going in circles. Thanks for Most Helpful, and have a good weekend. - 1 y

@msc545 If you feel that the two courts/court hearings that confirmed Garcia was indeed an illegal immigrant, and put him on notice that he was eligible for deportation at any time is lying, take it up with them.
If you feel the the ACLU is lying about the illegal immigration deportation statistics of the Obama administration, take it up with them. - 1 y
@msc545 You've got the unmitigated gall and blatant audacity to demand reputable sources from me, after using The Atlantic as a "reputable source" as the basis for asking your question?
😂😂😂😂😂
Again, if you believe that the two courts/court hearings that confirmed Garcia was indeed an illegal immigrant, which put him on notice that he was eligible for deportation at any time are lying, take it up with them.
If you feel the the ACLU is lying about the illegal immigration deportation statistics of the Obama administration, take it up with them.
It's not my fault and/or problem that you're apparently far too delusional to accept actual factual reality. - 1 y
@NYCQuestions1976 I understand, you have no reputable sources, thus the faux outrage. Poor you. Don't post things you cannot support.
- 1 y
@msc545 (1 of 2) For someone who claims to be educated and have a therapeutic background, you certainly do an awful lot of projecting, and your mind functionalities are surprisingly very narrow.
Again you're blatantly wrong. You've supported nothing but propaganda. You (a leftist) posting a link from The Atlantic (leftist propaganda) doesn't count as posting proof and/or a reputable source. That's called living in an echo chamber, and an extremely biased and inaccurate one at that. I (a moderate who leans right on most, but not all, issues) posting links from the ACLU (generally leftist propaganda, AND an opposing viewpoint to me on most issues) counts as posting a reputable source. I cited an entity with a different viewpoint and perspective from me to prove my point. Unlike you, I avoided the echo chamber, as I usually do.
If you believe that the two courts/court hearings that confirmed Garcia was indeed an illegal immigrant, which put him on notice that he was eligible for deportation at any time are lying, take it up with them.
If you believe that the ACLU is lying about the illegal immigration deportation statistics of the Obama administration, take it up with them.
(2 of 2) I'm not wasting my valuable time posting links from reputable credible (non-leftist) sources that prove actual factual reality, only to have you tell me you're too delusional to believe them. I'm also not paying for a FOIA request or a LexisNexis membership to placate your nonsensical demands, and it's not my job to hold your hand to help you not be dumb and/or gullible. - 1 y
@NYCQuestions1976 You can rattle on and use as many adjectives as you like, and that still won't be evidence. - 1 y
- 1 y
Do you think if you keep repeating the phrase, it's true enough times that it actually will become true? No matter how many times you say it, I consider what you say to be untrue or at least questionable until you provide some serious evidence other than your own testimony, which is obviously biased.
- 1 y
- 1 y
You post outrageous allegations with a complete lack of evidence and refuse to support them. You have no credibility whatsoever. I don't think anybody believes the stuff you post except people that are as far-righted as you are and will accept anything. Throwing garbage around is not impressive.
- 1 y
@msc545 Reality isn't allegations, and 😂😂😂😂😂 at "far-righted".
Again, you're conflating beliefs with facts. Unfortunately for you and the rest of the far-left (and fortunately for the vast majority of the rest of us), your leftist beliefs just about never align with actual factual reality. Thus you will always be compelled to spread propaganda and be filled with paranoia. The United States will NEVER be a socialist country.
As I pointed out numerous responses ago, we're going in circles. It's your question, you've got final comment. Enjoy. - 1 y
Show me where the Constitution says " illegal immigrants aren't entitled to the same full rights and privileges afforded to citizens (both born here and naturalized) of the United States under the Constitution." SHOW IT TO ME WITHOUT YOUR USUAL prevarications.
I am getting sick of this, my friend.
Fine. Also deport all the undocumenteds who look like you, NOT just those who look like me or are red, brown or yellow !!!
- 1 y
@beefcakebradybatson No one in this thread mentioned race until you.
@msc545 My previous response was supposed to be my last. However, since you insist:
President Obama disagrees with your position on this, as 75% of the illegal immigrants he deported during his administration were without "due process". Take it up with him:
www.aclu.org/.../ones-obama-left-behind-and-deported-without-chance-be-heard
Your question, you get final response. SCREW BARACK OBAMA, who's partly to blame for the current economic situation for bailing out Wall Street, not Main Street after the 2008 crash devastated many working families.
677 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Now reading about this, it does not surprise me what Trump does anymore. I've become numb to his insensitivity and cruelty. He is not human. I pray karma is real--and that he pays for all the evil he has done. I'm not paying attention to news, or to the idiots here that defend him and don't see what's happening. It's better for my sanity.
Here's a little tidbit that on what a former colleague of mine wrote in his Facebook account. Great guy, very intelligent, former English/Drama coach teacher where I taught. He was hilarious and very friendly:
" I haven’t posted about the orange sh#%*head in years. Listening to him in the Rose Garden over the last hour has shown me that he couldn’t pass a rudimentary middle school history or geography test. We are at the mercy of an idiot. Thank God the people of Wisconsin rejected the money of that Michael Myers looking mutant. "

look at old copies of that rag. After Trump was elected the first time the real BS started. I read a lot of magazines when I was a kid. Time, Newsweek, The Atlantic, Esquire and even the New Yorker. I cannot get through the first story without being disgusted. Theyb are all dishonest rag sheets.

@exitseven It's strange how there was no "Constitutional crisis", or any district judge interference, or any Supreme Court rulings, when Barack Obama deported over 4 million illegal immigrants over his 8 year administration, of which 75% had no "due process" (because the only criteria required to deport an illegal immigrant is that person is an illegal immigrant... although the ACLU would have you falsely believe otherwise):
www.aclu.org/.../ones-obama-left-behind-and-deported-without-chance-be-heard
It's also strange how left-leaning mainstream media outlets referred to illegal immigrants as illegal immigrants during the Obama administration, yet somehow illegal immigrants have magically morphed into "undocumented migrants" since then:
www.npr.org/.../under-obama-more-illegal-immigrants-sent-home
www.latimes.com/.../...ion-ice-20111018-story.html - 1 y
@NYCQuestions1976 Itis not strange. Whatever Trump does democrats have to do the opposite. Obama wanted to tackle waste in government and that was okay. Naturally he could not get the job done because of his incompetence , But Trump is taking a chainsaw to the government and finding billions in waste and he is just getting started. The democrats hate it when he gets a win because it just shows how incompetent they are and how toxic that their policies are.
- 1 y
@exitseven Regardless of whichever party happens to be in charge, the federal government should be as tiny and as miniscule as possible.
