What you ignore about Israel is that Hamas illegally embeds itself among civilians and illegally uses civilian infrastructure when it attacks Israeli civilians. Israel tries its best to avoid civilian casualties, but Hamas does everything it can to increase them (which is a war crime).

Most Palestinians support Hamas, but Israel has a right to defend itself (and it does with great restraint). The interesting thing about your libel of Israel is that Hamas recently admitted that it lied about the civilian death count in Gaza- it is indeed mostly Hamas fighters that were killed despite Hamas's attempts to get as many Palestinian civilians killed as possible. Nor do I ever hear any acknowledgement from you or any other leftist that Hams tortures, kills, steals from and otherwise violates the rights of the Palestinians.
