Why bother? There already is Turkmenistan in that part of the world. That blue "Türkistan¨ consists of Kazahkstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.

I would have no problem with it, but they might. The only unifying language they all had was Russian when they were all separate Soviet Republics during the Soviet Union 30+ years ago.
