Did Conservatives vote Reform to oust their own black leader?

The leader of the British Conservative Party (right wing) is Olukemi Olufunto Adegoke Badenoch, a Nigerian anchor baby. Yesterday's council elections in England saw a huge swing to the far right Reform party with many of those votes coming from traditional Conservative voters.

People are debating why Reform did well with most pointing to Immigration concerns or it being a protest vote. But I'm going point to the elephant in the room, the average Conservative is a racist and doesn't want a black deadlocked African woman in charge.

I don't think so. If it were a general election, then maybe, but there's zero chance of her still being around for that - and not because she's a black woman, but because she's utterly useless (not that there is anyone better waiting to take her place).

The Conservatives are just in a really bad position, because the right-wing extremist section of the party (which includes Badenoch, and others who aleady proved themselves to be failures, such as Priti Patel and Suella Braverman) is now in direct competition with Reform, while the more moderate section of the party is now in direct competition with Labour, who have veered hard to the right themselves, and are now indistinguishable from the Tories under David Cameron.

That's the real disaster here. When the last Conservative government failed so badly that it made itself unelectable, Labour should have seen that as an invitation to push through all their more left-wing policies, while there was no meaningful opposition - but inexplicably, they did the exact opposite, and unsurprisingly, they lost out as well.
If you want a mainstream party that won't cut public spending or support Israel, you're shit out of luck. The only party you can vote for is the Greens, and in most places, if you vote for them, you're just helping Reform (by not voting Labour, who might stand a chance of winning, unlike the Greens).

This ^ is the simple minded conclusion you liberals always draw, isn't it. It couldn't be that conservatives don't support her politics and values, could it?

I live in the US in a state that is very white and very conservative (and officially the best run state in the nation for multiple years running). One of the most beloved representatives in state history was a black woman, who served in congress from 2015 to 2019. Everyone loved her, and the entire state mourned when she passed away of cancer recently. Why was she as a black woman so popular and well supported in such a conservative white state? Because she had the right values and policies.

You liberals do yourself no favors when you play the race card every time you see an opportunity to paint conservatives as racist and sexist. It was a successful strategy for you for a very long time. But the majority of people see though it now, and it just makes you look bad.

Liberals cry 'racism' because it's easy and costs them nothing — no argument, no facts, just outrage. The idea that Conservative voters can only act out of racial bias is not just wrong, it's insulting to any thinking person. Maybe, just maybe, voters were frustrated with her policy or performance, or the fact that she looks lazy and stupid, not to mention her ancestors were pirates who raped white Christian women.
