Did Conservatives vote Reform to oust their own black leader?

The leader of the British Conservative Party (right wing) is Olukemi Olufunto Adegoke Badenoch, a Nigerian anchor baby. Yesterday's council elections in England saw a huge swing to the far right Reform party with many of those votes coming from traditional Conservative voters.

People are debating why Reform did well with most pointing to Immigration concerns or it being a protest vote. But I'm going point to the elephant in the room, the average Conservative is a racist and doesn't want a black deadlocked African woman in charge.
