Article II, Section 1, Clause 8:
“Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:– I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artII-S1-C8-1-5/ALDE_00013936/
“Will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of The United States.”
Q: “Don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of The United States, Mr. President?”
A: “I don’t know, I have to respond again, I have a team of brilliant lawyers that work for me, and that will obviously follow The Supreme Court orders”
Reminder of the SCOTUS Orders :“For all the rhetoric of the dissents, today’s order and per curium confirm that the detainees subject to removal orders under the (Alien Enemies Act) are entitled to notice and an opportunity to challenge their removal. The only question is which court will resolve that challenge,”.
TRUMP either doesn’t know whats going on OR he is choosing not to listen to the checks and balances our founders put in place to prevent corruption / choosing not to listen to The SACRED Founding Document... The President isn’t a king, George Washington made that clear in his speeches, actions, and his dignified resignation. Donald Trump is a stain on our Republic of Democratic values.
‘You knew I was a snake before you let me in’
I did ask this question and showcased the same evidence as to WHY This matter, WHERE it says this matters, and WHO made it clear a President isn’t a king also WHO said Due Process is a human right to be upheld? .
Love how HE has a team of lawyers that We pay for!! They're OUR lawyers - not Orange Foolius
@DrPepper12 And none of them can tell him the truth or face firing, even though Trump never pays them.
When The President is sworn in he swears to uphold The Constitution.
Yup and when he says ‘idk’ I think its time we remove him…
America likes leaders who don't know anything it seems like. People who voted for him probably don't know much either.
unfortunately
Are we in the Twilight zone

@Still-alive as a foreigner me outside the USA, as well I'd just like to say : "it's always awkward when someone doesn't even know their own job description" 🧐
Or job obligations
Fundamental clear violation of his oath. Impeachable.
He swore to uphold the Constitution. Another impeachment might be needed.
Trump simply knows what is necessary to get America moving in the right direction once again.
Wow.. Why am I not surprised
