Speaking as a guy who grew up around Amish, I sure hope not.

No shade on them (although there are definitely problems with the community), but I don't want to cosplay like I'm living in the 1800s.

Yeah, but there's also a lot inbreeding, mental illness, low education, repression of women, religious zealotry.

Now... to be fair... most of the Amish I know are just happy as can be. They don't give the slightest F about the world around them and they're happy that way. I personally wouldn't want to live that way, though.

I do not think so but we need to figure out what is causing the drop in birthrate and the increase in people needing IVF to get pregnant
