Seriously, when Trump became President the first time, I just tuned out. I stopped listening to NPR because it was just getting me more and more pissed every day. Stopped watching TV too. I live in the Saint Louis Missouri area (*) and have for 13.5 years (although I've only been home full time since COVID-19 sent me home) and, I gotta tell you, I have no idea of the names and faces of a single local TV news person. My media consumption is now mostly surfing the web (You Tube a lot) and Sirius XM for music and ESPN+ for my NLL content.

Of course, when Biden became President, Trump never faded away and got into legal shit, so it was still more Trump Trump Trump.

And now he's back...

This is a distinct form of hell... It's like God is punishing me before he actually takes me out.

(*) I''m "from the northeast" and this is what it's like where I live. People like me who don't squawk "Trump!" have to keep a low profile like we are closeted homosexuals or something. And people here shoot each other over the stupidest shit.

There's an annoying news reader who always thanks every single reporter for every single story or live cross story even and it's always annoying. 5 nights a week almost. Sigh. 🫢 Really ruins the 6pm news and I have to watch because it's shown/watched by others - think of it like a work breakroom
