Not worry about it, my dad says it to my face and has done for most of my life. You get used to it. I didn’t pick the correct subjects at school he wanted me to study, same a college, didn’t to university or join military in certain career. Also blamed me for medical issues that prevented me. Blamed me for the family splitting when he cheated on my mother and I thought it was my fault for years. You can’t change people but you have to try to block it out

One time I heard a women telling her child this … they were in second hand shop, the kids said ‘mummy why do we always come to this shop? ‘ the mum said’ coz this is the only place I can afford to shop now you’re born, I should have killed you at birth’
