Things always happens. The question is if the president of USA can handle it or if it boils over into something bigger such as Covid19 or the current US recession. Trump is just really bad at handling actual emergencies.

Also, for Trump to get credit for something he actually needs to do it in the first place. Truth is that Trump does very little. Pretty sure he broke records on how little he actually accomplished on his first term and for all the executive orders he has signed for his second term, few if any actually has any real power.

He also likes to make random things into major issues such as the "illegal border crossings". Dude. I dont give a crap about any of that. Why the hell should I credit him for something, even if he did (which he did not) address illegal border crossings when I dont care about illegal border crossings?

He had field hospitals set up and outfitted two ships to be floating hospitals. He had this done in weeks and not years. He created a public/privte partnership to build ventilators. We had so many ventilators that we could share them with other countries. He created a business environment which supported businesses and workers during the pandemic. The vaccine was created during Trump's administration. Biden totally botched the rollout by trying to inject race into the distribution process and by imposing mandates forcing people to get the shot. This created a big sense of distrust.
Then there was the statistic that the fake news completely ignored. The "Grim Milestone" when the death total during the Biden administration surpassed the death total during the Trump administration even though Biden inherited a support infrastructure and a working vaccine.

Field hospitals and floating hospitals are literally the basics. They do that regularly for natural disasters and they are always on stand-by. This is NOT impressive and it was NOT enough.

There was also not enough ventilators nor intensive care units to the point where there had to be improvisations, disregard for safety, cutting treatments short and even letting some patients die because it would take too much resources to save them that could instead be used to treat several other people. You certainly have a short memory but I remember. And no, Trump did dick all for businesses during covid19. Dont even pretend.

As for the vaccine, it was created through previous cancer research. Just going to point out that currently Trump wants to cut cancer research. But going back to covid19, yes he did fast-track the approval of the vaccine but he had nothing really to do with the actual development itself. Also Trump became the head of the anti-vax movement so no matter how well he succeeded in the development of the vaccine itself, the fact that people are now not taking it completely invalidates it regardless. If you want the vaccine to be effective then you actually need to take the fucking thing.

And no, Biden did no such thing in regards to the rollout. That is just your political bias shining through.

And no, Biden did not inherit a "support infrastructure" from Trump considering Trump literally fired and dismantled the support structure, explicitly so in fact. And once again, you need to take the fucking vaccine for it to work which the Republicans fucking refused to do because the nurse did not make the airplane noise when going in for a stab or whatever you children require to behave yourself like normal.
