I don't think we have either of these things anymore. Trump and MAGA and ICE routinely and openly violate the law, and Congress is too complacent and corrupt to do anything about it, and SCOTUS and the other courts mean well but have no means of enforcing the law.

you have no argument until you acknowledge the fact that under Biden, (before Trump), the "rule of law" was already diminished. We verifiably had judges letting people off for violent crimes and releasing them back into public for shits and giggles based on what boxes they check. by the way, many of those offenders were illegal immigrants but not all of them were.

We had the "worst criminals since the Nazi's" according to democrats, (the January 6th protestors), locked up without a fair and speedy trial, and when it came down to it, many of them were charged with nothing more than criminal trespassing. They were held in confinement over 2 years for TRESSPASSING?

In some democrat ran states, you can now STEAL from stores up to $950 and only face misdemeanor charges, but most are set free by liberal judges if they're arrested at all.

There's so much more but I'll end with the truth that people were flooding across our borders illegally and without valid claims of seeking asylum and those people were receiving more benefits than American citizens.

You might be right as a whole, but the truth is that we were losing those things before Trump ever set foot into office. But I don't expect you, or any of the others who puppet your hatred of Trump to acknowledge that fact. It doesn't fit your agendas.
