If cisgender identity is a illusion and cultural, what's the point of transgender?
How's is masculine and feminine harmful?
I think it's more harmful to HAVE NO CONCEPT of masculine and feminine
It's spiritual not cultural

Probably. But, as @wynning said, it doesn't hurt to understand these ideas conceptually.
You have to remember that all this gender spectrum stuff comes from Academia doing thought experiments. These ideas are supposed to be explored with that sort of dispassioned, abstract academic logic. Done by PhDs with years of practice removing themselves from the emotions of a subject.
This exploration isn't supposed to be done by Johnny Wrench at your vacuum service center, or even someone who belongs in a psych ward. And the fact Academia wasn't more careful about how the ideas were communicated is very frustrating.
As time has gone on, I've begun to wonder if that negligence was intentional.
Gender is arbirtary Marxism but biological/spiritual masculine feminine guy girl consciousness/identity is Valid.
A cultural tmprosdy hobby link to Gender, should be seen for what it is, a an d prefece. that's the ego part.
My keyboard messing up
I don't think it's harmful to have conceptual ideas about each as long as it isn't the be all and end all. Culture really does influence those ideas though.
Spiritual and Biology do more strongly so.
Cultural is a pretty weak, temporary tie
Only if they erase my handsome black cowboy identity.
