Do politics make your head hurt?

As someone with ADHD, I don't like anything that doesn't interest me. Politics is one of those things that doesn't interest me because it has so many problems that it makes my head hurt just thinking about it.

I do follow politics and world affairs because it's important, but I don't focus all my attention on it because much of it is just a bunch of bullshit and can lead to confusion, unnecessary worry and even depression.
I read a lot but take a wait and see approach to much of it as I await further information. And, yes, I entertain so-called "conspiracy theories" for the same reason.

I enjoy discussing it with smart, knowledgeable people, but hate discussing it with uninformed ideologues.

I often wonder how come so many people take sides and say one party lies. As far as I can tell neither party is a 100 percent honest. An other thing, sometimes I think they think they can do things they can't. Then people think they are lying when they make promises they can't keep. I was listening to a podcaster who said He got to talk someone on the inside that said that Obama found out that He couldn't make all the changes He wanted, cause the rest of the government prevented it.

Politic is just a full circus to be honest, they play actor and act offended / angry for no reasons but both party are just about getting more money into their own pocket, I have a party I prefer in my country but they most likely are the same as the other but well I guess we just chose our favorite actor in the end as politic is just acting

Here in the USA, some people have said, that our country is going in a bad direction, and that the only difference between the Republicans and Democrats is that one party makes it go bad faster than the other.

No but I've stopped being interested in it. I rarely answer a politics question and I certainly don't post one anymore.

I wouldn't have as big of an issue with it, if we could actually change things. But all anyone can do is vote for someone that can, and even those people are limited.
