Because it is disgusting. It will cut Medicaid and Medicare by 1 trillion dollars. I’m not sure of Musk’s reasons but those are mine.
Trump is cutting side to people, seniors, who depend on this healthcare, all so that he can enrich himself and his billionaire buddies with huge tax cuts for themselves.
People who are for this bill do not know about this or aren’t in the position to care about it.
The only politicians I see fighting against this horrible bill that passed, are AOC and Bernie Sanders.

Many reasons, not least of all because it is. But I think the most important motivation for Elon Musk in this regard is because the GOP is actively spitting in the face of Elon as they are rejecting all the recommendations from DOGE and abusing all of the supposed savings they have accomplished.

On one hand Elon tried to cut bloat, on the other the GOP and Trump made the most bloated budget in US history. If you believe that Elon actually was proud of the world he has done and also believed in the goal of cutting then this is an ideological conflict with the "big beautiful bill".

In his position, I'd be salty too. He did all that work to cut waste. I'm return, he was threatened, his dealerships were fire bombed, and he was treated terribly. Just so congress could go jump right back on the spending train. Can't blame him.

Because Elon Musk has Asperger's syndrome. One of the symptoms of this is emotional instability and inconsistently. Seems like he is having an episode.

I have a brother-in- law who is also a well known math genius. He also has Asperger's. And I have seen him do this same kind of thing.

1. It eliminates government subsidies of electric vehicles.
2. It may be political theater to. convince the legislature to cut back the pork in it. Maybe, just maybe, Trump and Elon Musk are collaborating on this move.

I don't know a lot about it but it sounds like there is still a lot of pork in it and the debt isn't being lowered but more debt is still being added.
