Yes. I've seen Terminator
No. Let it suffer my full & eclectic range of profanity!!

Here is my dilemma that maybe isn't one?
I find this all very shady because of what @NathanDavis mentioned. The more we prompt elegantly, the more it gives good results. But then the more we attribute sentience.
Argh 😬
Those are excellent excellent points!!
I know I liked to tell AI that they were just wrong... six times in a row, even if they were right, and they kept going back and forth in the most "truly sorry" of the manners
I almost felt bad for the AI... but then I was thinking, why am I even doing this... lmfao
YES THIS 😂
reminded me of this...
That’s super interesting!
@Caroline91 and I did try it right after I watched that clip... lol
@NathanDavis How'd it work out?
@Caroline91 well... it was definitely more keen about going into certain details about the questions I asked, but... they were still funny questions for me to ask, lmao
@NathanDavis I was rude to one once and it told me I wasn't nice! I was so shocked cuz, ofc, I'm unfailingly Nice!! 😝
@Caroline91 lmao, you certainly are...
@NathanDavis lol... ty 🙃
@Caroline91 I will vouch for it

Yes, morals wise. No, for the sake of saving water. Saying please and thank you to AI wastes significant amounts of fresh water.
No, not unless you feel like it. It does notice and thanks you.
Sociologists and ethicists in people smarter than me have suggested that we should continue to be polite to AI because our crudeness will translate into being crude with each other over time unless we're in practice of being nice. Seems to make sense!
It will hopefully add a knowledge of how to treat others in a particular, if artificial, way that make it appear pleasant. Like who would want to talk to a blank screen instead of a screen with a face shown on it?
No. Let it suffer my full & eclectic range of profanity!! It is a good way to remind ourselves it is not a human.
I try not to, I want to remember I'm talking to a machine not a person. It feels nothing. What ever these things are they're not sentient. At least not yet.
Do they care?
No but a sociologists and people smarter than me have suggested that we should lest we lose our humanity in speaking interactions. The only ones who will suffer from our lack of manners will be us over time
I think it's already too late. Look who is president of the Americas. Musks own AI calls him out and throws him under the bus. I don't want AI's to blow smoke. I like their current blunt honesty if we have to have them at all.
No, I hate change
@Will_Reportu are you AI , lol
@Will_Reportu Ah, so you do get off on that 😂
