Harris has an educational background, she has social manners, and she has some previous insights of how the job works. That's a strong base.

Anyhow - there my be better options.

Although it's not ''my'' country, I think that people who shape and organize a nation for future days should be young enough to still be around when their contributions have results and effects.

They need to have a smart mouth and be unafraid to be rude to the chumpsters currently in charge although not as rude as they are. No, she was never a strong candidate after the Democratic debates of 2020.

While I admire her and think she MIGHT make a good President - especially on many domestic issues - I see her as a tool of the hyperfeminist wing of the Democratic Party. Furthermore, she is not very likeable and I don't think she'd be adequate for foreign affairs.

That said, I voted for her in 2024 because, well,... we can see what is now happening due to the alternative.

Warren claimed to be at least 50% native American.. A DNA test showed she was less than 5%. She had a native American ancestor in her blood line about 250 years back.

Oh and another thing, Harris was a prosecutor before she was vp and a presidential candidate. As a prosecutor, she leveled unnecessarily harsh sentences on those whose crime was smoking weed. And after it became legal in California, she held these people in prison after their charges had been dropped.
