No I'd use my brains. They've been given high targets to meet which is why they're grabbing people willy-nilly. The best thing to do would be simply hide. Have an escape plan if they turn up. I think there needs to be well accepted policies on how they present themselves and retain people, for the security of them and citizens. We don't want thugs to start kidnapping people acting like they are ICE, holding them ransom and such.
