If ICE agents are masked and don't have identification, can they really have any legal protection? With "stand your ground laws", ICE should not be able to claim legal protection if they trespass on your property without identification. Typically, masked people with weapons coming towards you means they have ill intent. Legally, you have the right to defend yourself. So, if ICE doesn't identify themselves and you fight back, it should be legal.

The whole point is to get back to an equilibrium in which the vast majority of people who are here contribute meaningfully and those who come here assimilate and do the same. Any action, state law or court decision which goes against the laws of the United States is a violation of federal law. So if you fight against ICE, you are violating federal law by obstructing enforcement of federal law.. Renee and Rebecca Goode were obstructing justice and they paid with Rene's life. I'm almost a textbook definition of WASP and my ancestors have been in the U. S. before it was a country. So, they didn't get green cards or apply for citizenship, but I'm pretty sure fighting to make this country exist pardons the legality issue, since there weren't any immigration laws when they came. Fact is, ICE isn't coming here, even if they are deployed to my city, because this neighborhood is probably one of the most conservative, non-gated, communities in this state.
