Are White people racist punishers?

It seems that White people are incarcerating more Black people, giving them a long-term sentence, or for life compared to incarcerating more White people, and giving them a long-term sentence, or life for the same crimes Black people commit.
Asians, and foreigners are scamming people, but White people aren’t incarcerating them. White Europeans are stealing resources from Africa, and they aren’t getting brought to justice. White people are committing adultery, but they aren’t being brought to poverty, or getting arrested.
White people stop only punishing Black people because you see them commit crimes than ignore the criminal acts White people commit, and let them get away with it and giving them very limited sentences, and don’t punish Non-Black people for the same crimes Black people commit.

This is racial justice that focuses on Black people, but not White people, Asians, and foreigners. White people commit more crimes than Black people in history, and there’s mostly White Americans than Black Americans.
