Why do some people think weed smokers are losers?

I’ve never gotten this way of thinking. Okay, maybe someone whose entire existence revolves around the consumption of cannabis , you could say is a loser. There’s also people whose entire lives revolve around alcohol. I don’t think moderate responsible adult cannabis consumption makes someone a loser. Maybe they think that cannabis is more in line with their type of personality than alcohol, or maybe they just feel cannabis is safer.

I worked across the street from the biggest pot dispensary in the city. It has a big onsite grow operation in the building and in the summer when they run the ventilation fans the whole neighborhood smells like rotten eggs.

It is illegal for cannabis dispensaries to do business with the banks so they only deal in cash so they only let in a few customers at a time. The rest wait outside. On Fridays when it gets crowded the line gets pretty long. It looks a lot like the line outside the homeless shelter.

I don't think that smoking weed makes someone a loser, I just think that it's so happens that many losers are incidentally weed smokers. But just in general, I think people who don't know / don't care that they smell bad tend to be losers

That’s called an “opinion,” which you’re entitled to have. Many people enjoy the smell of weed. Many people enjoy the smell of tobacco as well. Tobacco is even a note of some candles.

I too enjoy the smell of cigarettes. Weed, however, smells like a skunks ass and most people tend to have similar feelings. But yeah, everyone can have their own opinions on that

I don't know dude if something is commonly described as smelling like flowers, then it's safe to assume it's generally considered a good smell. If it is most commonly associated with smelling like a skunk, it's safe to assume it's generally considered a bad smell. And the smell of weed is most strongly associated with the smell of skunk.

Partially an association with substance abuse and the negative affects of the practice on people's bodies and lives, party I think some kind of cultural association between weed and certain social standings, etc
