If you notice through Google, celebrity children almost always die before 65. I think it’s because their money produces a lack of protocol, boundaries, limits, standards, and paternal time investment.

I think Japanese people live long because they eat healthy, they meditate, and their country has a very high standard of medicine.

Of course, most of them avoid luxury, but this is not necessarily related to long life; many rich people live long.

I don't think they avoid entertainment, they have Nintendo, Sony Playstation... their video game industry is very big.

May be. Minimalists life have less stress and tension. In this world, everyone has stress and tension. So living a life without stressing ourselves much leads to a longer life.

Generally speaking longer life is associated with greater wealth. Of course, living a healthy life is not exclusive to rich people but they are generally the ones who has the free time and resources to make it easier.

As for life expectancy around the world, its fairly uniform among rich countries (except USA has a low one). While Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong is at the top its by a tiny margin and quickly followed up by countries like Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

The idea that Japanese people for example live longer is technically true, by a small margin, but mostly just public perception rather than a real world difference.
