Can somebody have morals, If I pay them to do the opposite of their morals?

Like for instance, somebody who says they're not racist but I can pay them to be racist towards me or I can pay them to cheat on their spouse, would you consider those people to still have morals?

Also, paying people to do something is a "job" and they are accepting of it - else they quit.

If there is a rule and it gets broken does the rule exist? Obviously it does it just wasn't followed.
