With their current big beautiful bill coming through the senate what evidence is there that the average low income American people are even being considered?

Not based on their policy in my opinion. I feel like a lot of it is just talk. If I saw more of it functioning then I'd be more open to the party, but the practice and the preach aren't really lining up from what I've seen. There are a few things here or there that I could see being helpful, but they make enough cuts to important programs for the poor without providing alternatives that you really can't say they're "looking out" for those people.

Being anti-regulation is generally unhelpful in that regard as well, since a lot of regulation is really designed to protect individuals or communities that don't have the resources to do so themselves. Poverty usually results in allowing certain corners to be cut (not shaming), and a lot of regulation just makes sure that no one is cutting the corners that could get someone killed out of shear negligence.

Yes. Democrat policies are why there are so many low income Americans, then of course they give welfare which is a portion of what is taken given back like through ingredients scraps of food at the starving from their banquet table.
