I think they see all humanity as equal and are trained or choose to be part of a whole, not individuals. the other side tends to be more independent minded... like business entreprenureal.

It can get disheartening to see many with so much and some people with nothing. Our system rewards those that are successful, hard working, and skills... kinda like nature. Some people don't like nature and want equality and fairness. Thus, they favor the govt to be equalizer and in fact may not even favor govt at all, unless it does their bidding.

So there is a push and pull within that system of feeling and thinking.

Major problem of political polarization is that people who support trans rights aren't allowed have desire to deport illegals in spirit of the liberal ideology.
