One of the 5 hood emperors. Probably in terms of wealth, power and territory Rome would never be as great. In his reign Rome ruled the black sea, reached as far as the gulf of persia and the caspian sea. Conquered the rich dacians, beat the parthians, kept the barbarians down, made massive infrastructure projects that advanced civilisations and left the empire in the hands of a good successor Marcus Aerilius.
Either him Marcus aerililus, Augustus caesar, Constantine, Hadrian or Julius Caesar who was never Emperor but had all the powers of one.
He wasn't the only Emperor to conquer Parthia, the Romans captured Ctesiphon 5 times odd that the Parthians and Sassanians didn't try to move their capital somewhere else. I think though he made it further than any had before. He also instituted a welfare system if I recall. Maybe he was the greatest, though there were other great ones.
Don't know, but Detroit Pistons President Of Basketball Operations Trajan Langdon's draft choices and acquisitions brought the Motor City round ballers from a putrid 14-68 in 2023-24 to 44-38 and the first Eastern Conference Post-Season round (they lost to the Knicks) in 2024-25 !!!

Top 20 yes. Even 10. I'll take this guy:
From a U. S. point of view, it's actually
NERO
or
CALIGULA
who made Rome Great Again.
Trump's WAY TOO OLD and flaccid for Caligulan orgies !!!
@beefcakebradybatson... that indicates the Nero approach and I indeed see inclinations.
A LOT of those inclinations !!!
I don't know, but he looks like Pete Townsend.
I would personally say Augustus or Marcus Aurelius.
Yes, I agree, Roman empire was the greatest during emperor Trajan's rule.
Ah not Constantine?
