They’re almost identical.
Let’s not forget that it was women who couldn’t find husbands who started the feminist movement. Women who could find a man to take care of them had no problem with the existing norms.
Feminist ideology has permeated our culture so deeply that now there are men who are experiencing the same wholesale societal rejection that offensive women experienced decades, even centuries ago. Let’s not oversell it though. At least single men can get jobs and support themselves. They’re also not totally precluded from reproducing, as long as they can amass enough wealth. Also, prostitution is legal in some places and there’s a persistent push to decriminalize it more broadly. All of these are big reasons why nobody really takes the concerns of involuntarily celibate men seriously. One good friend, a dog, and a reliable call girl can straighten out most incels.
Otherwise, yes, they are pretty much identical to feminists in their motivations, expressions and demonstrations.

I'm thinking of a reality TV show where Incels try to date Radical Feminists. It would have all the elements of great reality TV. Idiots trying to communicate and failing. Drama. Horrible values. Massive insecurities. Morality implosions. Ethical vacuums.
