I do.


I went from being a democrat, to an independent to a then republican and now I’m back in the middle.


Reason being is that within the first 6 months of Trump being president he made a lot of fumbles.


Just to name two of the biggest ones


Continuing the support and funding of both Israel and Ukraine (when he ran on the principle of putting our country first)


Then promising to release the Epstein files and now his entire administration went from claiming there is a lot to expose to… “there’s no list”


Then I see republicans saying “well then why don’t democrats release the files”

Going back to a point that is undeniably true… both parties point the finger at each other and accuse each other of doing or not doing things that they themselves do. As a result of all of this, I’m done. I’ve COMPLETELY lost faith in our entire government. The entire apparatus is rotten to it’s core. And I’m fucken glad I’m no longer in the military, to be a pawn for any of these rotten individuals is something I will never do. And if they try, they’ll have to kill me.

The “two party” system is the scam. It’s truly an oligarchy in which one party holds all of the wealth and power. They portray two parties so that the ignorant masses will choose sides and always be pitted against each other, rather than focusing on tearing down the corrupt powers that be.

Everything that they tell us is a lie or a distraction. Most voters before the last twelve years were all too happy to admit that we were always choosing the lesser of two evils. The tribalism has grown so overwhelming that people on both sides portray their idols as infallible.


A third major party would really only be a second party. If you look at how the establishment has all but outlawed other parties at so many levels, and all the money is in the democripps and rebloodlicans pockets. We’ve known for decades that the candidates with the most and best screen time win, regardless of their party affiliation. Screen time costs money! Also, most voters are more interested in being associated with the winner than actually choosing a candidate who is good for the country. This is why great candidates get overlooked just because they aren’t republican or democrat. Drumpf was a lifelong democrat before he ran for president. He didn’t run independently for good reason.
It will be interesting if Musk actually rolls out an option, or bankrolls one of the existing alternatives. I think his efficiency policies are not terribly different from the libertarian platform. Still, we need at least two more options that can gain voter interest and garner financial support. Otherwise we end up right back where we are. Even if we actually have two parties.

Absolutely. The point being more that the two that exist are heavily corrupt and already copies of each other in most ways.

Fracking was a big topic for a month or two of the election. Not something the voters cared much about but a major sponsor of the political parties. So they both played it out, got high deals from the companies in question and then both agreed that this is now what America needs. Maybe it is.

But the point is that if both parties are saying the same thing there is no actual choice for a voter who cares about it. For that choice to exist there is a need for an entry to be not only possible but plausible for new parties and people.

Or to put it in simple business terms, for competition to thrive and work you not to disable the creation of a monopoly or oligopoly cartel where the free market is controlled. The cause of for example the increased food prices is due to this. Illegal cartels of companies price matching to drive the price up. Without the possibility of new contenders the old ones get fat, lazy and worry more about stopping others than being good.

It is all so sad now that we have extremes instead of just doing what is good for the ordinary Americans. We have the rich Reps and Dems controlling the talking points and both are way off what basic Americans want.

Exactly. They both play political games to get people emotionally charged up, which results in people focusing more on the division rather than seeing what’s really going on. Which is that they’re all benefiting from all of us at the end of the day

At the end of the day there is only one party and You Aren't Invited. Some countries have more "parties" but that doesn't change anything. Politics isn't going to solve your problems politics is the problem

The 2 party system is also the 1 owner system. A small number of elite Oligarchs own both political parties. It doesn't matter who you vote for. The people who are ultimately in charge are the same. Our Supremely Corrupted Court ensure that politicians could be bought by legalizing bribery with the Citizens United decision in 2010. It allowed unlimited dark money to flow into our political system.

Think about it. 435 Representatives in the US House. 100 Senators in the US Senate. 1 Chief Executive. 9 Supreme Court justices. 545 people. That's all you have to bribe to own the US government. Actually not even all 545. You need 51 Senators to control the Senate. 5 Supreme Court justices to own the courts. And 218 representatives to control the House. So we're down to 275 sleazy politicians you need to hand pick or bribe to own the United States Of America.

The 1% have trillions in wealth. Bribing 275 or even all 545 sleazebag politicians is not even lunch money for these people. It's the best buy on the planet. Infinite return on investment (ROI) with an epic internal rate of return (IRR).

That's where we stand. Go ahead and start a new party. It will be corrupted or squashed before a single vote is ever cast. Our votes haven't mattered for a long time. The Constitution is already toilet paper. This won't be solved at the ballot box. The politicians don't work for the people.

Its to bad an armed militia couldn't do shit like it could two hundred years ago. They have the entire military to use. But it would be so nice to go in and strip every single politician of there seat and start over. Attain access to everything and put them on trial. They're ALL guilty if of nothing else but for not speaking out about what they learn upon their first term. Just imagine how well this country could operate. The two parties used to be a lot closer in regards to ideologies. Now the nation is hopelessly divided. It is now normal VS. crazy. Maybe there does need to be more than two parties.
