SO they allowed cases that hadn't been found at the time to be brought to court like any kind of thing because CRIMINALLY there wasn't enough evidence to take to court but the victims who were abused in a private space couldn't get that evidence to make a case so the courts ALLOWED them to give their evidence to courts to let them decide whether there was some validity to the claims. A ONE YEAR statute of limitations to SEXUAL ABUSE is the only criminal thing here. Just like for murder there should be no statute of limitations. Victims shouldn't be forced to ignore abuses when they were not old enough to KNOW they were abused.

@Shiprex no they changed the law for a year only to get trump. No this is the Jean E Caroll thing. She wrote a book and in the book she claimed 30 men throughout her life raped her. One of the men she claimed raped her was Trump. Trump said he didn't and there was defamation case against Trump. In the case there was zero proof. She even claimed she was wearing a certain dress when she said he raped her but the dress in question didn't come out until long after. She also couldn't produce a time or day or month and even the year was uncertain that way Trump being a very public figure for years couldn't possibly get it dismissed simply by being publicly photographed as elsewhere at s major event.
There is no mention of trump with children. He was dating 20 yeae old models and socialistes
