What nationalities of men are the best at hand to hand fist fights?

I think the best fighters in the world are Brazilian men, but I bet the country with the best median streetfighting ability amongst men are Eastern European countries like Russia Poland Ukraine Serbia Bulgaria. An average US gym/body building goer does not stand a chance in a street fight with median from there.
