Has anyone noticed how robotic everyone is?

I have been remaining inside a lot unless I have to go out for food or essentials.

I went out to grab groceries. Keep in mind it is a Saturday evening. The sky had that summer haze and the sun was setting. It was almost silent. No one was interacting with each other. People were apathetic. It was almost dystopian.

I mentioned on another post I feel as if I am living in an alternate timeline. It shows how American society is socially torn and people have checked out. It is scary.

I have been a gym rat since the 9th grade. i always treated to other guys at the gym as my tribe, I trained with these guys and. I hung out with these guys and some of them really had a profound effect on my life. It is not the same. Now everyone wears ear buds and nobody talks to each other maybe just to say Hi.

I can even recall as a kid all the social gatherings and how people conversed with each other. It definitely feels different and borderline dystopian. This is about to become yet another catastrophe. I am considering speaking to my church leadership to see what programs we can do to strengthen community.

Noticed yes but don't participate as I do tend to interact with folk around me during activities.
