Basically the theory goes that this breed of human the normie are kind of soulless people that can't truly think for themselves. They believe everything on the news, never question anything, lack real empathy or have extreme selective empathy meaning they can become sociopathic at any given moment. They all use tactics such as belittling or bullying if you disagree with them. They also seek positions of power which is why the world is screwed up now some think.

I don't like and usually don't use these kinds of labels. But I think you could usually spot an NPC if he/she can't spot the premises in his own arguments, let alone think about and challenge them.
