Rümeysa Öztürk: A Tufts University doctoral student and F-1 visa holder, detained by ICE for over a month despite lacking criminal charges, in what her attorneys argue was a retaliatory arrest related to her political views.

Mahmoud Khalil: A lawful permanent resident and former Columbia University graduate student, detained by federal agents reportedly due to his involvement in pro-Palestinian protests and encampments.

Andrea Velez: A U. S. citizen detained by ICE in Los Angeles who reported being denied water for 24 hours despite providing proof of citizenship.

Job Garcia: A U. S. citizen who reported being tackled and detained by immigration agents for recording a raid, later filing a lawsuit for damages.

Javier Ramirez: A U. S. citizen and business owner detained by officials after he yelled "ICE! Immigration!" to alert his staff of their presence during an operation.

None of these people have all been illegally deported for various reasons. For example Rümeysa Öztürk had her visa revoked by the state department making her legally deportable.
Mahmoud Khalil had graduated from college so his student visa is expired. The fake news calls him a "legal resident" but the fact is he is in the final stages of being deported.
Some of these people have just been detained while their status can be verified.
Nobody has been deported that should not be.
