That includes ALL needy families, so yes, undocumented families are eligible for this. In some red states, assistance is as low as $220 a month. Wow. Breaking your back.

California and New York, both currently in a "donor" state status, have documented histories of fluctuating back and forth. Delaware for example receives only 46 cents back on the dollar. Most blue states would have far less trouble staying afloat, while red states would sink.

Newsome and the democrats in California have done gerrymandering for decades. I lived there for 37 years and seen it myself.
Massachusetts, New York, Maryland, Illinois, and California are all far more gerrymandered than Texas is now, or will be after Texas successfully draws their new congressional map.
