Wasn't this beautiful?
Yes. I give Donald Trump's performance around a B or so. Very good, but it actually could've been even better. He's in a room with journalists who are African American, and he's trying to get more African American votes than any other Republican presidential candidates before him. I would've liked to see him go after Kamala Harris and her record the way Tulsi Gabbard did here:
Kamala Harris and her policies pose more of a danger to innocent African American citizens and other innocent minority citizens than Joe Biden and Barack Obama combined.
That would have been a lot smarter in that forum rather than attacking the panel.
@DrPepper12 Well he only attacked the ABC News reporter, because it was their fault that everything was late and the reason there was a holdup with the interview. Then she didn't even bother to apologize to anyone and just started asking questions. I don't mean apologizing just to Trump, but the other reporters on the stage and all of the journalists in the audience who were also waiting all that time as well. @Juxtapose posted the entire interview (where there were still sound and technical issues), but he didn't post the entire stream:
www.youtube.com/.../yjN5dvDTeaE
The interview was supposed to start around the time that the stream started. However, due to the issues that ABC News was having, the reporters don't come out on stage until over an hour and 11 minutes into the stream. Then the interview finally started. So I definitely don't blame Trump for dishing it out there. However, as I pointed out in my initial comment, he could've easily had an A+ moment bringing up Harris’s failures the way Gabbard did, instead of just settling for a B moment. A very good moment for Trump, but could've been even better.
What in the world does being late have to do with anything? It's an inconvenience. It's really not a big deal but it did give Trump an excuse. So she didn't say hello. Big deal! Those are legitimate journalists They don't play nice like Sean Hannity does lobbing softballs at him.
@DrPepper12 Inconvenience? Not a big deal? That's a ridiculous and nonsensical take. Time is valuable, and everyone in that room, not just Trump, was waiting for over an hour and 11 minutes for that interview to start because "legitimate" ABC News couldn't properly get their shit together. That's completely unacceptable. Also, the reporter in the middle wasn't "lobbing softballs" at Trump and he wasn't rude to her. Just because you may not value your time doesn't mean that others around you are supposed to conform to your sloppy standard.
You do know that Trump ran one of the most undisciplined houses in modern history and any release schedule was not met over 85% of the time?
@DrPepper12 Okay, name the event (s) that Trump had people waiting for over an hour and 11 minutes.
wouldn't you rather know that it was HIM who caused the delay at black journalism conference because the little whiner threw a tantrum over being fact checked live? OMG thats just perfect!!!
@DrPepper12 It wasn't Trump. The issue was with ABC News and their equipment. They were still having some problems with the sound during the interview.
Read a reliable source. Temper tantrum trump caused the delay!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@DrPepper12 What are you yammering about? The over 71 minute delay was caused by ABC News. They were having technical issues with their equipment.

@DrPepper12 wow you're gaslighting!
Thanks for Most Helpful. 👍
I’m a registered Democrat but I clearly see how dirty the party plays. It seemed like a set up. She was clearly biased. She initiated the attacks. His responses were appropriate. It’s fair of him to point out how unprofessional she is and inefficient the production was.
Trump should have walked off stage. Where was Biden?

Imagine getting shot at 4 times and hit once.. only two weeks ago. then go to a foreign venue (for him) and sit around waiting 30 minutes. then not introduced or acknowledged. he has a keen sense of respect and if smells it, he hits back hard.
he did better in the full recording than the snippets convey via the media. he's edited to look really bad.
hey... you should attend the national White journalists convention and let us know how it goes.
It was beautiful. He's gotten so good at making them expose themselves.
She thought she was going to cleverly ambush Trump. It didn't work out so well for her or any of them. He immediately shut her down and the audience laughed at her.
I think Trump actually gained some votes from black women in the audience.
🇺🇲TRUMP/VANCE 2024🇺🇲
IT HAS GOTTEN TOO BIG TO RIG.
I saw Trump mistakenly grab the woman’s bottle of water then tighten it before placing it back down. His water bottle was to the side of him, yet he missed up and grabbed the wrong bottle.
I think it was due to nervousness when dealing with such a hostile interviewer holding him accountable for the things he says / does. Sean Hannity surely couldn’t. A reminder that MSNBC & ABC & others were tough on President Biden when it came to his choice to run up against Trump.
Tough? They put that man through the Inquisition. The only thing missing was the Iron Maiden and Hot pokers up his ass.
@DrPepper12 🤣🤣🤣
@DrPepper12 really? Then why was he let off of his documents case because of mental incompetence? That doesn't sound like being the Inquisition.
@Juxtapose Small little detail missing, Trump’s bodyguard is still being tried for the same crime.
If there was no crime and Trump’s appointed attorney saw no crime…. Then why make an excuse? Trump ordered the bodyguard to carry those documents and we have security footage to be used in the trial, Trump’s own employees will testify against the bodyguard using photographs taken by them (the stage photo, public toilet, etc.)
This trial is like Michael Cohen being the fall guy to Trump’s crimes and back then I didn’t see it since I had blind allegiance to Trump. I hold no allegiance to any politician, that is why it was so easy to switch to Kamala Harris from Biden. I think if Trump dropped out / died on the campaign trail Republican Party would fall, crumble, not cease crying, etc.
Because he voluntarily searched his house and immediately told the authorities that he had those documents?
Contrast that with ya boi Trump
@DrPepper12 Well more than that, President Biden didn’t use his title to belittle, hinder, manipulate or fixate the outcome. He not only let them search his home without causing a fuss, also went in for questioning & accepted the investigation. Didn’t try to hold onto those documents or try to fight it in court in some way, didn’t even make statements to the public until the investigation ceased / there was an outcome. The sheer number of 300+ documents vs Biden’s 15 should really upset Republicans since Biden is no longer on the ticket the “whataboutism” involving Biden’s documents so since holding onto documents is evil & wrong (which it is) let’s put into focus the 300+ since one document stealer is running for office while the other is a prosecutor who will hold him accountable at the ballot box this season.
@mistetwack. I agree. i neglected to mention all of that factual information that won't penetrate their reality distortion bubble.
@DrPepper12 Don’t worry, that is where I come in lmao
Trump was waiting because of technical issues and he would have been entitled to just get up and leave but he stayed. Getting the hostility that he got was totally inexcusable. I was glad to see him turn it around. He definitely made some good points and he refused to let it become an ambush.
There were many people that applauded.
What was hostile about asking him about his own words and actions?
@DrPepper12 This organization invited him to come. He waited patiently while the audio issues were fixed. The first thing that the host said was that there were many people that were against him coming. Then she proceeded to ask him about things that he said , taking is all out of context as usual. The host was unbelievably rude to a former and probably future president. Instead of asking the president about his record in advancing the standard of living for people of color she turned it into an ambush.
O don't see truth telling or inquisitive journalism as an ambush. What does him waiting have to do with anything? She was standing a fact that many were against inviting him. Out of the six or seven items that she listed what was taken out of context? Why should she throw him softballs like Sean Hannity?
My big question is why his handlers pulled him after 33 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour?
@DrPepper12 The interview was supposed to be an hour, but ABC News couldn't get their shit together and had everyone there waiting for over an hour and 11 minutes, as the original live stream shows:
www.youtube.com/.../yjN5dvDTeaE
The fault lies with ABC News, not Trump.
@NYCQuestions1976 of course...
Nah he went into the wolf den.
I wouldn't wish a 3 black woman panal v1 on my worst enemy. They could eat anyone alive together. 😂 even though the ABC lady was really the only one acting crazy.
Was ironically exactly the kind if interview he needed
How so?
@DrPepper12 exactly
Aping around isn’t dominating. To some with more refined taste, it actually looks weak. He should never have done the BJC. It did not make him look good. Asking the question when you can’t see that just underscores how delusional nature of being in a cult.
No. He distracted, obfuscated and changed the subject (as he always does,) to turn it around and claim the asker and the question are illegitimate. No, he didn't dominate, he denied and deflected
You would be a bad political candidate for president if you walk into every single trap people lay out for you. It doesn't matter how good you explain certain things, you will be framed in a bad way so it is better to gloss over malicious questions.
You're never supposed to be on the defensive as a politician, you are supposed to be on the offensive.
you're right about that! Its just he never answers any questions asked. Never. Its like nailing jelly to the wall to get an answer and then he contradicts himself in the same sentence, hour, day, week, month, etc.
he's flipped and flopped on just about any issue. He tells people what they want to hear and then doesn't deliver.
@exitseven he couldnt. The revolutionary War soldiers were manning the airports!!
And Frederick Douglass is still alive!
Trump usually gives plain spoken answers that display common sense and jut expects to be treated with respect. He usually gets treated rudely by some pampered puke so called reporter trying to make a name for himself/herself by asking a rude question to the President of the United States trying to make a name for themselves. Trump has no problem giving it right back to them. During Covid he took the same stupid questions from the same stupid reporters. I told him that he should have trap doors under every chair and if somebody asked a rude question the president could press a button on his podium and make the offender disappear.
That sounds mature and democratic
No, but I heard about it.
Wait, for real she was 35 minutes late?
She (the ABC News reporter) was physically there, but she was late for the interview itself, because of issues ABC News had with their sound equipment. If you watch the whole thing from beginning to end, there were still technical issues going on with the sound loudness and quality during the interview itself.
@NYCQuestions1976 lol, ok.
Yep. Check it out:
www.youtube.com/.../yjN5dvDTeaE
The interview was supposed to start around the time that the stream started. However, due to the issues that ABC News was having, the reporters don't come out on stage until over an hour and 11 minutes into the stream. Then the interview finally started.
@NYCQuestions1976 yeah, I watched it now. good video.
It would've been perfectly reasonable for Trump to leave after they made him wait that long. Instead, he stayed for the interview and did pretty good. However, we all know what the nonsensical headlines from the left-leaning mainstream media would've been if he did actually leave:
"Angry Trump Leaves NABJ Just Before Scheduled Interview" 😂
@NYCQuestions1976 that camela couldn't be bothered to show up for.
I saw an asshole with no sense of decency.
I saw a little whiny bitch called Trump
