I think the problem is more “who men are” than what’s wrong with Democrats, the left, etc. Most right wing men I talk to just seem hopelessly lost and misguided, and prioritize incorrect things in life.

Democratic party needs to develop and all encompassing tent idea that offers a reasonable attraction to bring mainstream interest back. Something other than Trump Bad.
Republicans have done it with leveraging Christian identity politics and vague tribal racism. In short dems need to stop pandering to fringe left ideas and develop message that is not exclusive to underrepresented and marginalized populations. and is not just saying the right things but does nothing. Which gives the right the ability to say... see Dems hate what you are.

it needs to get rid of DEI and stop deconstructing the male role in society. it's very easy. if you are very outspokenly against a certain gender, you can't expect that gender to be interested in voting for you. i personally don't understand how governments and multi billion companies don't know this simple truth. i guess in an attemt to maximize votes/profits by appealing to "everyone" they did the "focus on female audience part" way too hard.

If Newsom gets the nomination, he's going to get the support of white racists. The reason is because Just Dance's wife is not white nor are his children. This a cardinal sin in their eyes and they will not vote for him and his mixed-race family. They might not vote, because some are very anti democrat, but there's nothing that could make them vote for Just Dance.
Men are actually shifting back and forth. Male nominees are likely to split their vote a lot more than a man vs a woman nominee. It's also changing with men realizing that it's probably not a good idea to be blatantly sexist, which will mean that, in time, they will vote for women more readily.
